We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the SiteToSend service, process payments and deliver your generated templates, send transactional emails such as magic link sign-ins and order confirmations, and improve the quality and reliability of our service.

Website Data We Analyze

When you submit a URL, we capture publicly available data from that website, including screenshots, HTML structure, CSS styles, text content, fonts, and images. This is the same data any visitor to that website would see in their browser. We do not access password-protected pages, private content, or any data that is not publicly accessible.

Data Storage & Caching

Generated results are cached for 30 days in our database to enable fast retrieval. Screenshots and analysis data are stored securely and automatically expire. Purchased templates remain accessible through your dashboard.

Third-Party Services

SiteToSend relies on the following third-party services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional email delivery, OpenAI for AI-powered website analysis, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies solely for maintaining your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie-based analytics.

Data Retention

Cached website renders automatically expire after 30 days. Account data (email and order history) is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
