Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SiteToSend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

SiteToSend analyzes websites using artificial intelligence and generates branded email templates based on the visual identity and content found on a given URL. The service captures publicly available website data — including screenshots, CSS styles, text content, and fonts — to produce email templates that reflect the brand's look and feel.

AI-Generated Content

All email templates produced by SiteToSend are generated by AI from publicly available website data, including screenshots, CSS, text, fonts, and imagery. Results are fully automated and may not perfectly capture every element of a brand's visual identity.

SiteToSend is a template generation tool, not a custom design service. The output is a starting point intended to be customized within your email provider. If you require fully bespoke, pixel-perfect email design, we recommend working with a professional designer.

Regeneration & Refund Policy

All purchases are final due to the digital, instantly-delivered nature of the product. Once a template is generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued. The service delivers what it promises: an AI-generated email template based on publicly available website data.

Each purchase includes one complimentary regeneration per domain, available upon request via our contact page. Regeneration uses the same AI-driven process and results may vary between runs.

Template Customization

Templates exported for email providers such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and others are fully customizable within those platforms. You can modify logos, text, images, colors, and layout as supported by each provider. SiteToSend is not responsible for limitations imposed by third-party email platforms.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the email templates generated for you through the service. SiteToSend retains all rights to the underlying platform, technology, algorithms, and processes used to generate templates.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or programmatically access the service outside of its intended interface; using the service to generate templates for domains you do not own or have authorization to represent; submitting an excessive number of requests designed to overload the system; or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

SiteToSend is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteToSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of SiteToSend after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
